Good news from the gastro doc. Nothing was found during my colonoscopy. Biopsy shows nothing either.
Not sure what is causing the problems as it the Crohns is coming up negative.
Next step Fructose and Lactose testing.
If that is negative the maybe a problem with my bile salts?
If that is negative well I just have a high maintenance / drama queen gut.

Darn I hate the “well, you’re not going to fall over from what we suspected so hooray” when you actually want to know the cause of problems reaction.
I had a colonoscopy a few years ago because bits of me were a bit too efficient. We got the result of “nothing wrong” but no answer to the why.
I have found that I just have to be careful, luckily – good luck on the symptoms slinking away…

Seriously, I do hope they can find out what the problem is and how to remedy it. But your sense of humor in viewing the situation is just amazing.
